My name is Conor Fredland, I am recent graduate of Western Illinois University, majoring in Sports Broadcasting and minoring in journalism. I have taken advantage of every opportunity, both in college and in summer internships, to gain experience in broadcasting and journalism.

In 2021 I will be starting as one of the new voices of the Florence Yall's of the Frontier League.

In 2018 I was named the Director of Media Relations for the Willmar Stingers of the Northwoods League. While there I did play-by-play for 76 games as well as covering other journalism duties such as social media posts and press releases.

In late 2020 I was named one of the new voices of the Frontier League's Florence Y'alls. With Florence I wrote press releases, did play-by-play of the action, did dugout reporting and produced and directed some games.

In my career I have also performed play-by-play duties for WIU Men’s Basketball, WIU Volleyball, as well as sports anchored on WIU's student TV station, wiutv3-NEWS.

In print sports journalism my contributions have been published on FanSided, the Sports Post and the Western Courier writing primarily about sports.

I continue to seek opportunities to broaden my experience in the sports broadcasting field.
